What type of information we have

User Information

The information you input for registering. This includes your name, surname, sex, birthdate, e-mail address, phone number.

Usage Information

If you granted us your permission (consented) while using our app, we store information related to your personal usage of our app (such as the most played games, activity periods, our events you attended, total payments made, locations where the app is accessed) to provide you push notifications related to your usage and offer suggestions to you based on your usage.

Please note that at any time, you may turn off collection of usage information from your app settings even if you consented for their collection and processing.

Your usage information also includes your preferences, purchase, visit information we collect through cookies when you visit and use our website.

Internet Traffic Information

The information that is required to be collected by all service providers under the Law No. 5651. This includes your IP address, beginning and ending date of the service and the amount of transmitted data.


We collect and process your profile picture if you add a profile picture to your account.

Purchase Information

We collect information about your purchases and payments such as which service or event did you buy, the price you have paid and your purchase date.

How we get the information and why we have it

User Data

We receive your user information when you register to our app to be able to provide you our services. Your user information is required for us to distinguish you from other users, for other users to identify and invite you to games, add you as friend and create a social environment for users. Shortly, your user information is necessary for the performance of our service contract.

Usage Data

We collect your usage information if you consent for it before starting to use our app and when you visit our website. You may revoke your consent for usage information collection and processing anytime from your app settings or cookie settings of your browser. You may also use alternative apps, private-by-design browsers (e.g. Brave, Firefox Focus) and add-ons preventing cookies from collecting information such as Privacy Badger or Adblocker.

Purchase Data

We collect your payment information automatically when you make a purchase from our app or website. We collect this information as it is necessary to detect if you have purchased a game or a ticket for the events for the performance our services. Also we need purchase details to comply with our legal obligation to keep records of payments and issue invoices.

Internet Traffic Data

Every Turkish service provider must collect and retain Internet Traffic Information per Article 4/3 of the Law No. 5651. We automatically collect this information when you visit our website. This is not included in the consent for cookies as collecting this information is a legal obligation.

What we do with the information

We use information to provide you with products and services. We use your information to process your order, enable you to create your social environment within our app and provide you with customer support. This includes sending you e-mails about your purchases, information and notifications about you if you are using our social networking services.

We might also contact you about non-marketing updates on our services, policies and agreements, important information related to your account (e.g. unauthorized access, connection from different locations, suspension or cancellation of your account, confirmation for deletion).

We use information to improve our products and services. We use your usage information to customize your experience with us, if you consented on collection and processing of usage information. This could include offering games and events based upon your preferences and location.

We may use your information to make our website and app better (such as what our users look at the most, where our users spend the most time, which cities use our app and games most, which events have the most participation etc.). We may combine information we get from you with information we get from third parties (such as our event partners).

We use information for security purposes. We use information to protect your account, our company, our customers, or our website. This includes detection and prevention of unlawful behavior, additional authentication mechanism (e.g. 2Factor authentication, requesting additional information to authenticate your requests).

We use information for marketing purposes. If you consent for receiving promotional or marketing e-mails from us, we might send you information about special promotions or offers, new events, features and games. These might be our own games or events, or third-party events we sponsor or organize together with third parties.

We transfer your communication data (name and e-mail address) to third parties who provide us service to send e-mails for marketing purposes. Our third-party service provider servers are in the US; and is certified to the Privacy Shield framework.

We may use push notifications on our mobile app. We may use push notifications and your location information in our apps to send you alerts regarding games or local events.

How we store your information

We store your information in the Amazon Web Services cloud located in United Kingdom for the duration of your membership and another year in case if you wish to renew your membership with your old data.

If you joined any events or made any purchase through our app or website, we may retain your information for longer periods, for at least, until statute of limitation for relevant legal claims elapses (such as actions for compensation, tort, contractual violation)

All documents regarding legal claims are kept for 10 years from the resolution date in order for us to exercise our right to defense against legal claims.

When the time elapses, we delete data from our cloud service, which is designed in a way that the data will never be served again (for more information, you may see If we store any physical document, we dispose of it using a shredder and recycle, and sometimes for bulks of physical documents, we use a third-party disposal firm which usually destroys documents through fire or massive shredding.

We store any physical documents in locked storages with limited access given only to relevant employees, who need to access physical documents as part of their scope of work.

Your data protection rights

You have the following rights under Law No. 6698 on Data Protection of Turkey:

You may exercise your rights as per article 11 of of the Turkish DP Law in accordance with the Communiqué on Procedures and Conditions for Applications to the Data Controller, issued by the Turkish Data Protection Authority, either in writing to Büyükdere Cad. We will respond to your requests included in your application within thirty (30) days from its receipt.

You may submit your application related to the foregoing matters regarding processing of your Personal Information by us as data controller by methods mentioned below provided that the conditions set forth under article 5 of the Communiqué of Terms and Conditions for Application to Data Controller are met:

• by submitting a written and signed application form

• by sending an email from your KEP (Officially Registered E-Mail) address

• by submitting your application via a secure electronic signature or mobile signature

• by sending an e-mail from the e-mail address provided by you to us registered with your account with us.

We may require additional confirmations (message to your registered phone, phone call etc.) depending on the nature and method of your application in order to determine whether the application is submitted by you and protect your rights. For example if you submit an application via your e-mail registered with us, we may contact you through another communication channel available to us and ask to confirm that you are the applicant.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
